The full charge time the manufacturer publishes — one hour on most Philips and Panasonic tools here, ninety minutes on one Remington, two hours on another.
Published full charge times on this site: one hour on the Philips HC7650, S5465 and S7887, and on the Panasonic ES-RT37 and ES-LV67; ninety minutes on the Remington HC5811; two hours on the Remington MB5000.
Braun publishes none across its eight products.
Where the figure is missing, the manual usually gives it even when the listing does not.
One thing to be clear about, because the opposite is widely repeated: an interrupted first charge does no lasting harm to a lithium cell. The idea that a battery must be “conditioned” by one uninterrupted full charge belongs to nickel-cadmium chemistry, which modern grooming tools do not use — see running a battery flat. Charging it fully once is still worth doing, for the plain reason that you then know where you are starting from.
Exactly one product on this site publishes a first-charge instruction: the Xoomrscp nose trimmer, whose listing opens with “Fully charge your device before operation”. It is the only one of 137 to say it, and a two-hour charge is what it asks for.
Quick-charge figures are not a substitute here. Five minutes for one shave is for a morning emergency, not for commissioning the tool.
Check your own manual before you follow anything here. Temperatures, water ratings and supply voltages differ from model to model, and the maker’s own figures take precedence over anything written on this site. A supply of the wrong voltage is a failure rather than a slow charge, and the figure is printed on the tool — not inferred from a connector that happens to fit.
