Corrections
If something on this site is wrong — a specification, a price band, a claim about how a product works — tell us. We will check it, fix it, and the page's revision date changes accordingly. Our method says where the figures we publish come from. This is the most useful message you can send us, and it goes to the front of the queue.
What makes a correction quick
Three things are enough: the address of the page, the wrong figure as it appears, and where the right one comes from — the manufacturer's product page, the manual or the packaging. A figure that only appears on a forum is not one we adopt; one the manufacturer publishes replaces ours once we have checked it. Prices move daily: a different price today on Amazon is not an error, as long as the price quoted is marked as a dated reading.
Questions about grooming devices
We read them all and answer what we can. If a question comes up more than a few times it usually becomes a page, which helps more people than a single reply would. Before writing, the site's advice and answers may already cover yours.
Brands and PR
We are happy to receive technical information, specifications and corrections from manufacturers. To be clear about what we will not do: we do not accept payment for coverage, we do not guarantee a review in exchange for a sample, and we do not publish sponsored posts. Sending a product does not buy a place in a ranking, and offers that propose one will not get a reply. How the site is funded is set out in the affiliate disclosure.

Please do not send us anything confidential. This is an editorial site, not a service provider: we cannot handle warranty claims, repairs or orders — those belong with the retailer you bought from.
