If the tool charges over USB, yes — four Philips tools here ship a cable and state that no wall adapter is included, so an adapter you already own is the intended source. If it uses a barrel plug at a stated voltage, no.
Two charging arrangements exist in this category and they are not interchangeable.
USB. Several Philips tools here ship a USB-A cable and expect you to supply the adapter. Any standard USB power supply works.
Barrel plug at a stated voltage. The two replacement supplies on this site — both third-party parts FOR Braun tools rather than Braun’s own, and the BENSN says so on its own listing — state 12 V and 5.9 V. A USB supply cannot provide either, and a supply of the wrong voltage is a failure rather than a slow charge.
Look at the connector and at the figure printed on the tool. Those two together answer it in five seconds.
Where the tool has a charging stand rather than a socket, the supply that came with the stand is the one it needs — and only one product here ships a stand at all, the Philips S7887.
Check your own manual before you follow anything here. Temperatures, water ratings and supply voltages differ from model to model, and the maker’s own figures take precedence over anything written on this site. A supply of the wrong voltage is a failure rather than a slow charge, and the figure is printed on the tool — not inferred from a connector that happens to fit.
