Three minutes on two Panasonic shavers, which is the shortest quick charge published here — and one hour for a full charge on two of the three Panasonics, the ES-ALT4B publishing none.
Published quick-charge figures on this site: three minutes on the Panasonic ES-ALT4B and ES-LV67; five minutes on the Braun 3040s, the Philips S5465 and the Philips S7887.
Published full charge times: one hour on the Philips HC7650, S5465 and S7887, and on two of the three Panasonic shavers — the ES-LV67 and the ES-RT37; ninety minutes on the Remington HC5811; two hours on the Remington MB5000 and on two American nose trimmers, the Jeetif and the Xoomrscp.
Braun publishes no full charge time on any of its eight products here, which makes its five-minute quick charge the only battery-timing figure it gives on the shaver.
Where nothing is published, our pages say so rather than estimating.
Check your own manual before you follow anything here. Temperatures, water ratings and supply voltages differ from model to model, and the maker’s own figures take precedence over anything written on this site. A supply of the wrong voltage is a failure rather than a slow charge, and the figure is printed on the tool — not inferred from a connector that happens to fit.
